This policy explains what personal information jlpis.org and the JLPIS submission system collect, and how it is used.
What we collect
Names, email addresses, affiliations, ORCID iDs and short biographies that authors and reviewers provide when they register or submit, and messages sent to the editorial office.
How we use it
We use this information only to run the journal: to manage submissions and peer review, to publish author details with articles, and to communicate with authors, reviewers and readers. Author names, affiliations and ORCID iDs are published with articles and shared with indexing services. We never sell personal information.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or remove your personal information, except where it forms part of the published scholarly record. Write to editor@jlpis.org.
