JLPIS is a diamond open-access journal. All articles are free to read, download and share from the day of publication, and authors never pay to submit or publish.
Licence
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). Anyone may share and adapt the work for any purpose, provided the original authors and the journal are credited.
Copyright
Authors keep copyright in their articles without restriction and grant JLPIS the right of first publication.
Fees
There are no article processing charges (APCs), submission fees or page charges.
Self-archiving
Authors may deposit any version of their article (submitted, accepted or published) in institutional repositories, SSRN, personal websites or other archives, with a link to the published version.
Preservation
Published content is preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), so that articles remain available if the journal ceases publication.
